Al-TiO2-B2O3反应体系中B2O3/TiO2摩尔比对热扩散反应合成铝基复合材料磨损性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用Al-TiO2-B2O3体系热扩散反应合成(XD)法制备了铝基复合材料;采用销-盘摩擦磨损试验机考察了所制备的铝基复合材料在干摩擦条件下同GCr15钢配副时的磨损性能;采用扫描电子显微镜和光学金相显微镜观察分析了复合材料微观组织结构及其磨损表面和剖面形貌,探讨了其磨损机理.结果表明:所制备的铝基复合材料的磨损性能随Al-TiO2-B2O3反应体系中B2O3/TiO2摩尔比的增加而提高;复合材料的磨损质量损失随着滑动速度的增加而增加,当滑动速度为0.9 m/s左右时最大,随后开始减小;磨损质量损失与滑动距离基本呈线性关系.当B2O3/TiO2摩尔比为0.0时,增强相由Al2O3和Al3Ti组成,相应的复合材料的抗磨性能较差,其磨损主要表现为Al3Ti的犁沟切削、亚表层剥落、塑性基体流失导致Al2O3颗粒裸露脱落以及Al3Ti棒断裂导致的磨粒磨损;加入B2O3后,棒状Al3Ti的数量减少,有利于基体晶粒细化,提高复合材料强度和塑性,故抗磨性能提高.当B2O3/TiO2摩尔比为1.0时,复合材料中的Al3Ti基本消失,抗磨性能显著改善,主要磨损机制为粘着磨损和轻微磨粒磨损. 相似文献

分析了轴承润滑中非牛顿介质的流变特性以及轴承表面形貌对润滑效果的影响,推导出了修正的雷诺方程,在方程中用差分粘度和第一正应力差函数表征非牛顿介质的流变特性,采用流量因子表征表面形貌的作用.结果表明:差分粘度的变化是影响润滑结果的主要因素,它取决于不同介质的动态参数和剪切频率范围,非牛顿介质润滑的承载力并非总高于或低于牛顿介质;在动载荷条件下,第一正应力差效应使油膜压力明显增大;影响流量因子的2个因素为表面形貌的粗糙度和纹理,但其作用远小于非牛顿介质流变特性的影响. 相似文献

A generalization of the Navier-Stokes equation is developed to include laminar flow through a rigid isotropic granular porous medium of spatially varying permeability. The model is based on a theory of interspersed continua and the mean geometrical properties of an idealized granular porous microstructure. The derived momentum transport equations are applicable to granular porous media over the entire porosity range from zero through unity. No restriction with respect to flow velocity is imposed, except for the assumption of laminar flow within the pores. The results provide useful and versatile equations and substantiate many of the empirical equations currently in use. 用等离子体淹没离子注入技术对LY12和LD10铝合金表面进行氮离子注入。用俄歇电子能谱分析离子注入层中氮的浓度分布,在此基础上进行了摩擦磨损试验。用扫描电观察和分析磨损表面特征。研究表明:氮离子注入铝合金形成细小,弥散的硬质AlN析出相,铝合金表层的显微硬度增加,摩擦系数降低;耐磨性随着注入剂量和电压的增加而提高。磨损机制主要为粘着磨损,随离子注入剂量的增加,粘着磨损趋行减轻。 相似文献

The present paper deals with finite inhomogeneous shearing deformations of a slab of a special anisotropic solid. Two cases
according to the directions of the anisotropic director of the medium are examined. In one case the solution reduces to a
quadrature and gives an exact deformation field for particular values of the material constants. In the other case an exact
solution is obtained. All such solutions reduce to the same existing solution for the corresponding isotropic elastic material.

The behaviour of the soil under a dynamically loaded pile toe is studied. The soil is modelled as a fluid saturated porous continuum. The constitutive behaviour of the solid skeleton is described by the elasto-plastic model of Drücker-Prager. The wave propagation is simulated with a dynamical finite-element program.A two-phase model of soil gives useful information about effective stress and pore pressure in the soil. In saturated soil the main wave under the pile toe propagates more downards than in dry soil, due to the higher compressional stiffness in saturated soil. The plastic zone under the pile toe propagates with the velocity of the fast compressional wave. The pore fluid influences the plasticity strongly and can be expected to affect pile driving too.The distribution of effective stress and pore pressure under the pile toe depends on the permeability of the soil and cannot be calculated uniquely from a single-phase calculation. Therefore, a nonlinear soil cannot be modelled correctly as a conventional single-phase material. 相似文献

Slow motion of a pipeline modeled by a bent rod in a viscous medium is studied. It is assumed that the displacements of the axial line of the rod are finite and its strains are small. The mutual influence of the tensile axial force and transverse deflections is taken into account. Equations of motion are derived and some numerical examples are considered. In this paper the Mode-I elastodynamic problem of a crack propagating in an orthotropic medium is studied under the condition that the matrix of elastodynamic coefficients has repeated eigenvalues. It is shown that the crack is constrained in an elastodynamic state which is defined through a compulsory condition coupling its velocity with the elastic parameters of the orthotropic medium. The dynamic stress and displacement components ahead of the crack tip as well as the energy release rate are explicitly obtained. 相似文献
